All around us technology is making our lives easier, yet many companies are still using paper forms and several different systems to manage HR, payroll, onboarding and employee benefits. We see this as an opportunity and we are excited to simplify these processes though our software and education. We eliminate paper and simplify your work by moving these processes to your smart phone and computer.

Michigan Group Benefits was founded in 2002 by Michael Harp. Our early focus was on Benefits Administration and Education. Later we became a Third Party Administrator so that we could administer Flex Plan and HRA Plan claims for our growing list of clients. Today we serve more than 100 companies and continue our passion to make HR and benefits easy for you.

Our Founding

We all loved the portal. It was easy to use for staff, reduced the time spent on open enrollment with paper copies and I loved the dashboard reports for enrollment and FSA reporting.
